The filling features savory brined farmer’s cheese mixed with fresh herbs, creating a perfectly balanced taste — creamy, slightly salty, and aromatic.
Cooking method: frozen pierogi are put into boiling salted water. They are brought to a boil while stirring and cooked for 3–4 minutes. Cooked pierogi are taken out from the water and dressed to taste (with butter or sour cream).
