Description

Potato pierogi (varenyky) are classic Ukrainian dumplings with a soft, comforting potato filling and delicate dough. The filling is made from boiled potatoes with fried bulb onion, refined sunflower oil, salt and ground black pepper, giving a gentle, home-style flavour with a light onion sweetness and a hint of spice.

The dough from premium wheat flour and water stays tender and elastic after boiling, while the filling remains smooth and satisfying. Serve potato pierogi as a main course or hearty side dish – they are especially delicious with butter, sour cream, fried onions or fresh herbs.


How to cook: frozen pierogi are put into boiling salted water. They are brought to a boil while stirring and cooked for 3–4 minutes. Served with sour cream or extra sautéed onions
