Description

Homemade Pork Sausage is a raw, oven-ready sausage made from stringless half-fat pork and pork fat in a natural casing. The meat is seasoned with fresh garlic, mustard seeds, salt and ground black pepper, giving the sausage a rich, homemade taste with a light spicy note and juicy texture when baked.

It is ideal for family dinners, festive tables and weekend meals – serve the sausage hot from the oven with potatoes, grilled vegetables, sauerkraut, fresh salad or bread.

Cooking (No Thawing Required)

Oven:
Preheat oven to 380°F. Place frozen sausage on a baking sheet and bake for about 1 hour, until fully cooked and browned.

After the first 20 minutes of cooking, carefully pierce the sausage in several places with a skewer to prevent splitting and ensure even cooking.

Keep frozen. Do not refreeze after thawing.
