Description

Turkey Cutlets are tender, lean meat patties made from juicy turkey meat with a clean, mild flavour. The mixture includes bulb onion, long loaf and breading corn grits, lightly bound with chicken eggs, salt and ground black pepper. This gives the cutlets a soft, juicy texture inside and a light crispy crust outside after cooking.

Thanks to the high content of protein (22.34 g per 100 g) and relatively low fat, these cutlets are a great choice for those who want a lighter, high-protein main dish without sacrificing taste.

Cooking (No Thawing Required)

Skillet (Recommended):
Place frozen cutlets in a preheated pan with vegetable oil or butter over low heat. Cover and turn occasionally to cook evenly until golden brown and heated through.

Oven:
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Place frozen cutlets in an oven-safe dish and bake for about 30 minutes, or until fully heated through.

Keep frozen. Do not refreeze after thawing.
