Description
Pork and Beef Cutlets are classic home-style meat patties with a mild, juicy taste and tender texture. The mixture combines lean semi-fat pork, lean semi-fat beef and a little lard for extra softness and flavour. Finely chopped onion, breadcrumbs, loaf, chicken eggs, salt and ground black pepper complete the recipe, giving the cutlets a balanced, familiar “homemade” taste.
After cooking, the cutlets are nicely browned outside and remain soft and juicy inside. They are perfect as a main course for everyday family lunches and dinners – serve them with mashed potatoes, buckwheat, rice, pasta, vegetables, salads or pickles.

Thawing Required)
Skillet (Recommended):
Place frozen cutlets in a preheated pan with vegetable oil or butter over low
heat. Cover and turn occasionally to cook evenly until golden brown and heated
through.
Oven:
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
Place frozen cutlets in an oven-safe dish and bake for about 30 minutes, or until
fully heated through.
Keep frozen. Do not refreeze after
thawing.
