Description
Fish Cutlets are rich, hearty fish patties with a classic home-style taste. The mixture combines Argentinian fish fillet with wheat loaf, onion, wheat breadcrumbs and eggs, lightly seasoned with salt and ground black pepper. After cooking, the cutlets are crispy on the outside and tender inside, with a delicate fish flavour and satisfying texture.
These cutlets are perfect as a main course for lunch or dinner – serve them with mashed potatoes, rice, pasta, buckwheat, fresh salad, grilled vegetables or pickles. They also work well in a burger bun as a fish sandwich.
Cooking (No Thawing Required)
Skillet (Recommended):
Place frozen cutlets in a preheated pan with vegetable oil or butter over low heat. Cover and turn occasionally to cook evenly until golden brown and heated through.
Oven:
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Place frozen cutlets in an oven-safe dish and bake for about 30 minutes, or until fully heated through.
Keep frozen. Do not refreeze after thawing.
