Description
Cordon Bleu Cutlets are tender chicken fillet cutlets with a rich, cheesy centre and a crispy coating. Inside the cutlet there is a juicy mix of cheddar cheese, butter and a little ground lard, which melts during cooking and keeps the meat soft and flavourful. Fresh dill and parsley add a bright herbal note, while salt and ground black pepper balance the taste.
Outside, the cutlets are coated in breadcrumbs and egg, so after frying or baking they get a golden, crunchy crust with a juicy, cheesy middle. It’s a great option for a quick but restaurant-style dinner at home.
Serve Cordon Bleu Cutlets hot with mashed potatoes, rice, roasted vegetables, salads or fries, and add your favourite sauce – garlic, cheese, mustard or creamy.
Cooking (No Thawing Required)
Oven:
Preheat oven to 380°F (195°C). Place frozen cutlets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 30 minutes, until hot, golden, and crispy.
Air Fryer:
Preheat air fryer to 380°F (195°C). Place frozen cutlets in a single layer (no oil needed) and cook for 15–20 minutes, until crispy and heated through.

Keep frozen. Do not refreeze after thawing.
