Description
Our Vegetable Lasagna is made entirely in-house — from the tender pasta sheets and slow-simmered sauce to the fresh vegetables we carefully prepare ourselves. We use only fresh vegetables, which are cleaned, cut, and cooked in our kitchen to bring out their natural flavor and texture.
Layered with house-made tomato sauce and delicate pasta, each tray is assembled by hand for a rich, satisfying, homemade-style experience — without shortcuts.
Cooking Method
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Bake from frozen for 50–60 minutes, or until fully heated through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Let stand for 10–15 minutes before serving to allow the layers to set.
Keep frozen. Do not refreeze after thawing.
