Description
Cheese and Herbs Chebureki are thin, crispy fried pies filled with a rich, aromatic cheese-and-herb mixture. The dough is made from premium wheat flour, water, refined sunflower oil, vinegar, sugar and salt, which gives it elasticity and the perfect crunch after frying.
Inside, there is a generous filling of sour-milk cheese and cheddar cheese with finely chopped fresh dill and parsley. This combination creates a creamy, slightly tangy taste with bright herbal notes – ideal for those who love hearty street-food style snacks with a homemade feel.
Chebureki are perfect as a hot snack, party appetizer, lunch on the go or a quick dinner. Serve them fresh from the pan with sour cream, garlic sauce, yogurt dip or your favourite spicy sauce.
